Crowley Group Selects Contractor For Legacy Trail
LEGACY TRAIL, ST. JOHNS COUNTY, FL -
The Crowley Group proudly announces a construction management firm has been selected for Legacy Trail - the developer's second luxury condominium community within the World Golf Village.
Tampa-based Hunt Construction Group, Inc. was chosen to bring to life the refined and sophisticated look envisioned by the community's developer.
"Hunt Construction Group has a long and rich history of delivering an array of absolutely remarkable construction projects," said Mary Anne Hashem, Director of Builder Sales and Marketing, a division of Prudential Network Realty. "After careful thought and consideration, it was decided that Hunt was best suited to make the vision of Legacy Trail a reality."
Overlooking the 17th fairway of the Slammer and Squire golf course at World Golf Village, Legacy Trail is a spectacular 180-unit gated condominium community comprised of seven marvelous, multi-floored buildings designed by JSA, Inc., an architecture, planning and interior design firm with offices in Jacksonville. The facades draw inspiration from the Spanish Renaissance Revival style of the late 19th-century found in some of St. Augustine's most historic and beautiful buildings, including it's City Hall, Flagler College, and the Casa Monica Hotel.
Legacy Trail's timeless Mediterranean characteristics are notable in its rounded arches, broad overhangs, projected and French balconies with ornamental railing, decorative towers, terracotta tile roof, and lavish fountains with manicured landscaping. With only four units per floor, Legacy Trail residents enjoy semi-private elevators, which deliver them essentially to their doorstep, and floorplans that feature some of the finest work by the interior designer, Judith Sisler-Johnston.
Although each floorplan has been designed for each homeowner's lifestyle, they share several common elements. Great rooms with attached balconies provide you with ample space to relax and entertain guests in an atmosphere with a unique Mediterranean allure. Granite countertops, classic ceramic tile and optional hardwood floors, elegant crown molding, designer kitchens, and lavish master baths with relaxing, oversized tubs give Legacy Trail a refined and sophisticated style all its own.
The Slammer and Squire golf course, along with the entire World Golf Village Complex, was designed to honor the great game of golf, its players, history, and future. Designed by Bobby Weed with player consultants Sam "The Slammer" Snead and Gene "The Squire" Sarazen, this well manicured course preserves the pristine unspoiled wooded area, wetlands and natural beauty of the region. It is a challenging layout that does not unfairly penalize the inexperienced player.
