DALLAS, TEXAS - April 26, 2005 - Hunt Construction Group, a leader in the construction industry, announced today that it has been selected by Mansfield Independent School District to oversee the construction of its new $56 million Legacy High School project in Mansfield, Texas. Hunt was awarded this project on March 29, 2005.

This will be Hunt's 3rd project with Mansfield ISD. This new project is known as High School #4 and will consist of a 3-story, 403,327-square-foot high school with 8 ancillary buildings, field houses, concession, and maintenance buildings containing 28,834 square feet. The building frame will be structural steel; the skin is brick veneer with glazed curtain wall and aluminum windows. The roof system will be built-up bituminous membrane. Construction is scheduled to start immediately with completion anticipated for March 2007.

Hunt began construction on Mansfield ISD's Elementary Schools #17 and #18 in March of this year. Each of these elementary schools will be 1-story with a floor area of 79,274 square feet, and completed in April 2006. The North Campus High School was a 260,000-squarefoot addition to the exiting campus, which is situated on a 30-acre athletic field. Hunt completed this project in 1998. With the recent award of High School #4, this brings Hunt's total awarded construction projects with Mansfield ISD to nearly $100 million.
