DALLAS, TEXAS - Hunt Construction Group's South Region office located in Dallas has been awarded its fourth DeSoto Independent School District project. The Ben Dial Athletic Complex project was awarded to Hunt Construction Group on April 8, 2004.

Hunt will be adding 5,000 seats on a concrete grandstand for a total of 10,000 seats, a 3,000-square-foot Press Box, a 30,000-square-foot Locker Room facility that includes a weight room, training and coaches offices, and a full concourse level open to the playing field with an elevated upper grandstand.

The Ben Dial Athletic Complex project will also include the renovation of the Fieldhouse and visitors stands. The project is scheduled to open for the 2005 football season.

Other Hunt Construction Group DeSoto Independent School District projects include the DeSoto High School Additions and Renovations valued at $16 million, the DeSoto West Junior High School and Cockrell Hill Elementary School valued at $6.3 million, and Woodridge Elementary School valued at approximately $8 million.
