Appoints New Division Manager of Midwest Operations
INDIANAPOLIS, INDIANA - Hunt Construction Group construction management and general contracting firm has named Mike Fratianni as their new Executive Vice President/Division Manager of Midwest operations. Mr. Fratianni will reside in Hunt's Indianapolis office. His primary responsibilities include profit/loss, client satisfaction, ensuring that all projects controlled by the Indianapolis division are properly staffed and managed through the executive management personnel reporting directly to him, as well as business development systems and marketing advancement for the Midwest Region.
Mr. Fratianni is a graduate of Hanover College with a B.A. in Business Administration and has 18 years of experience in the construction industry, all with Hunt. Mr. Fratianni began his career with Hunt in 1986 as Field Engineer on the University Place Hotel in Indianapolis, followed by serving as Assistant Superintendent on the AT&T Solid State Technology Center in Breinigsville, Pennsylvania and the General Superintendent on the Merrill Lynch Teleport Data Center in Staten Island, New York. As a Project Engineer from 1990 to 1992, Mr. Fratianni completed projects including ETS at Carnegie Center (Princeton, New Jersey), Procter & Gamble Miami Valley Laboratory Building (Cincinnati, Ohio), and United Center (Chicago, Illinois). He was promoted to Project Manager in 1995 on the Van Andel Arena (Grand Rapids, Michigan), and then Construction Manager in 1997 on the Cleveland Browns Stadium. In 1999, Mr. Fratianni was promoted to Contract Manager overseeing Heinz Field in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, and then, most recently, Toyota Center in Houston, Texas.
Mr. Fratianni and his wife, Leslie, have two children: Alexsa (8) and Corey (6). He enjoys spending his leisure time playing sports and attending civic and cultural events.
