Hunt Construction Group Proud To Announce Opening Of
Bright House Networks Field - Spring Training Home Of
Major League Baseball's Philadelphia Phillies
TAMPA, FLORIDA - Hunt Construction Group, the nation's leading builder of sports venues with more than 78 to their credit to date, is proud to announce the opening of the new Bright House Networks Field in Clearwater, Florida, on Thursday, March 4, 2004. Hunt Construction Group was awarded this project by the Philadelphia Phillies and the City of Clearwater in August 2002.
This new 200,000 square foot MLB training facility features a seating capacity of 7,967, which 6,505 are at field level, 200-club level, and 126 seats within the 9 luxury suites, and will be home to the Philadelphia Phillies during baseball's pre-season. The Phillies will throw out the first pitch in this new and exciting venue against the New York Yankees.
Other Hunt Construction Group Southeast Division sports venue projects include Raymond James Stadium, St. Petersburg Times Forum, Tropicana Field Renovations, and Progress Energy Park - Home of Al Lang Field.
