DALLAS, TEXAS - Hunt Construction Group was awarded the $16 million Southwest Irving Municipal Center project on January 8, 2004.

The project will consist of a seven-building complex with more than 100,000 SF. The seven buildings include a 48,000 SF, two-story Managing Offices and Operations Building, a 22,700 SF Shops Building, a 9,600 SF Warehouse Building, a 12,500 SF Material Bins Storage Building, a 1,254 SF Gas Pump Building, and a 4,800 SF Police Auto Impound Office Building. Also included will be 30 acres of paving and sitework.

Construction is scheduled to commence immediately and is scheduled for completion in February 2005.
