PHOENIX ARIZONA - Hunt Construction Group will break ground Saturday, January 10, 2004, on the new 70,000+ square foot Tuscani Pointe Retail Shops. Hunt Construction Group was awarded this approximate $6.6 million project on October 21, 2003.

This new two-story up scale Tuscan-Mediterranean center will be constructed on a 5.81-acre site located at the Southeast corner of 7th Street and Carefree Highway. It will feature old world architecture showcasing two buildings connected by a unique rotunda. Other features will include retail shops, fine dining with a laboratory and pharmacy on the first floor.
