Hunt Construction Group Breaks Ground in Downtown Phoenix
PHOENIX - The new CityScape project is now underway. Hunt Construction Group has broken ground at the site in downtown Phoenix.
"Hunt is proud to work on such an important project, which will bring a crucial element to the revitalization of downtown Phoenix when it is completed on time and on budget in 36 months," said Brent Leif, Hunt spokesperson.
RED Development, LLC selected Arizona based Hunt Construction Group, to serve as general contractor for the middle block and centerpiece of the project.
Hunt Construction Group is among the nation's largest and most experienced construction companies with an outstanding track record in downtown Phoenix construction that includes such buildings as One and Two Arizona Center, Viad Tower, Chase Field, US Airways Center and Phoenix Convention Center Expansion.
Sited on three blocks at the core of downtown Phoenix, the middle block of CityScape will include a 600,000-square-foot Class A office tower, retail space, and underground parking. Later phases of the project will include a mixed-use tower which will include residential condominiums and Hotel Palomor.
Designed by Seattle based Callison Architects, CityScape will play a central role in meeting the growing demand for a revitalized downtown Phoenix by building a vibrant component for the enjoyment of the citizens of Phoenix.
