Tuscani Pointe Retail Shops
Phoenix, AZ

This new 70,315 SF, two-story up scale Tuscan-Mediterranean center will be constructed on a 5.81-acre site located at the Southeast corner of 7th Street and Carefree Highway. It will feature old world architecture showcasing two buildings connected by a unique rotunda. Other features will include retail shops, fine dining with a laboratory and pharmacy on the first floor.
