The Charles W. Eisemann Center for Performing Arts
Richardson, TX

Multiple projects including an auditorium, a parking garage and pedestrian plaza for the City of Richardson. The performing arts center is a 117,500 SF, five-level auditorium with 1,500 seats and houses three performance venues. The 252,000 SF parking garage consists of six levels, 750-car parking spaces and an access driveway.

University of North Texas Lucille Murchison Performing Arts Center
Denton, TX

A 78,000 SF music and fine arts education center featuring an 1,100-seat concert hall and two roof suspended balconies. Center highlights include The Margot & Bill Winspear Performance Hall that accommodates an ensemble up to 200 members on stage, a 400-seat Lyric Theater with a flexibility designed state and seating configurations, and a rehearsal hall, warm-up rooms, dressing rooms, set design workshops and recording studio.

Milwaukee Auditorium Renovation

Globe-News Center for the Performing Arts
Amarillo, TX

A 70,700 SF, four-level, 1,300-seat performing arts center, including a moveable orchestra shell, architectural concrete and a natural stone exterior.

Phoenix Symphony Hall Renovation
Phoenix, AZ
(Completed Project)

A 90,000 SF renovation to the existing Phoenix Symphony Hall. Renovations will include an expanded lobby and interior upgrades, new seating chamber, new finishes, new roof and ADA modifications.
