This new 70,315 SF, two-story up scale Tuscan-Mediterranean center will be constructed on a 5.81-acre site located at the Southeast corner of 7th Street and Carefree Highway. It will feature old world architecture showcasing two buildings connected by a unique rotunda. Other features will include retail shops, fine dining with a laboratory and pharmacy on the first floor. The second floor will house professional offices. Featured by Sketch Architecture.

Two hotels: JW Marriott Orlando Grande Lakes totaling 787,579 SF, 1,000 rooms on 27 floors; The Ritz-Carlton Orlando, Grande Lakes totaling 600,820 SF, 587 rooms on 15 floors. The resort features 456,261 SF of convention space, an 18-hole Greg Norman designed golf course, a clubhouse, maintenance facilities, and surface parking.

I've been asked quite a few times about the overall performance of Hunt on Grande Lakes. The best way I can describe it is Grande Lakes is the most successful project in the history of Marriott. On time, on budget. An absolutely home run for us.

A new 475,000 SF, four-star hotel. This hotel features two restaurants, four kitchens, ballrooms, a conference center, a 36-hole Troon golf course, water slide, pool, pool bar, and three miles of river features that will contain electric boats to carry passengers to the casino.
