Eight office buildings totaling 1,598,400 SF, plus four assembly buildings featuring four cafeterias totaling 246,000 SF and four parking garages with a total of 2,594 parking spaces and sitework for a total of approximately 2,200,000 GSF.

Faris Campus Phase 2
Indianapolis, IN

A 174,000 SF, six-story office building with a 900 SF bridge connector to a new nine-story parking garage totaling 613,800 SF for 1,510 vehicles, as well as a two-story, 45,000 SF conference center with kitchen and dining including a 10,500 SF renovation of existing kitchen.

One Liberty Place

A 1,300,000 SF, 62-story office tower, which is the tallest building in Philadelphia.

Merrill Lynch Operational Center
