This Design-Build project was a 140,000 SF addition to an existing 79,000 SF Indian gaming casino that was renovated. The facility features 2,030 slot machines, as well as gaming tables, including a high limit area. Some of the more interesting interior elements include overhead banners, imitation palm trees, giant martini glasses, a fire wall, waterfall, and a fountain. A theatre and food court is also featured.

This casino included the construction of a new 200-room Hyatt Regency Hotel featuring a 130,000 SF pavilion and parking space supporting a riverboat. The gaming space totals 40,000 SF and 2,000 gaming positions.

	Hunt Construction Group was contracted to build our Grand Victoria Casino & Resort. They managed all construction activities to open our temporary facility, and continued through the project to deliver the hotel and permanent pavilion. The Colusa Casino is a 100,000 SF renovation and expansion to the existing casino facility. The scope of work included the renovation of the casino and lounge, and addition of a new hotel, food service building, lobby and main entrance.
