Hunt Construction Group is one of the nation's premier builders in the construction of landmark arenas and is ranked as the #1 builder of arenas by Engineering News-Record magazine. Since the company began in 1944, Hunt has been a trailblazer in arena construction. Hunt has built more than 30 arenas ranging from major league to minor league to the collegiate level, with total seating for more than 500,000 spectators. In 1996, Hunt Construction Group opened three arenas within a short period of just six weeks. These arenas included HSBC Arena in Buffalo, New York; St. Pete Times Forum in Tampa, Florida; and Van Andel Arena in Grand Rapids, Michigan.

A 750,000 SF, 18,500-seat multi-purpose arena featuring 60 suites and on-grade parking spaces for 7,500 cars. Home of the NBA's San Antonio Spurs.

US Airways Center
Phoenix, AZ

Originally built in 1992 with 19,700-seats and 88 luxury suites, renovations and facility enhancements were made to the arena in 2004 and 2005. Enhancements included an upper concourse expansion and installation of state-of-the-art technology (new scoreboards, wraparound LED ring, NBA lighting and sound). Renovation of the interior concourses, construction of the Platinum Club Lounge to 'B' level, loge suite expansion and new exterior lighting. An additional 60,000 SF of tenant improvements and construction of a glass curtain wall facade on three sides of the existing arena. New space includes a pedestrian court, entertainment venues, retail, and restaurants. Home of the NBA's Phoenix Suns, WNBA's Phoenix Mercury, and AFL's Arizona Rattlers.

St. Pete Times Forum

A 650,000 SF, 20,500-seat multi-purpose arena featuring 72 suites. Home of the NHL's Tampa Bay Lightning and the AFL's Tampa Storm.
