| Hunt Awarded University of Texas at Arlington Special Events Center |
 Hunt has been awarded the $56 million Special Events Center for the University of Texas at Arlington. The project consists of a 191,000-square-foot, 6,600 seat event center for basketball, concerts, theatrical productions, graduations and convocations. The facility will also include administrative and athletic offices, two (2) practice courts, six (6) suites, concessions, hospitality areas, alumni center, lockers rooms, media center, coach’s offices, study halls, and the campus Emergency Operations Center.Preconstruction will begin immediately, with a construction start date of May 2010, and a substantial completion of construction in November 2011. |
