Mr. Morthland is a 25-year veteran of the construction, development and design industry. He is a graduate of Auburn University with a Bachelor of Architecture.

As Vice President & Florida Operations Manager, Mr. Morthland has corporate responsibility to ensure that all projects under his control are properly staffed and managed through the executive management personnel reporting directly to him. Client satisfaction, profit/loss, repeat business, business development systems and marketing advancement are his ultimate responsibilities.
