Mr. Gausden has been with Hunt Construction Group for more than 21 years and serving the industry for more than 33 years. He is a graduate of Marquette University with a degree in Industrial Engineering, as well as a graduate of the Officer Candidate School of the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers with extensive OSHA knowledge of the construction industry.

As Executive Vice President/Division Manager, Mr. Gausden has corporate responsibility to ensure that all projects under his control are properly staffed and managed through the executive management personnel reporting directly to him. Client satisfaction, profit/loss, repeat business, business development systems and marketing advancement are his ultimate responsibilities.
